Refurbished UM-2 (95% new)

Perfection! I put loads of time and research into picking the right scooter for me, so when I decided on the UM-2 I had high expectations. It does not disappoint! I love it for the deck size, wheel size, replaceable battery (with crazy good battery life), and IP rating. It checked all my boxes while still being affordable. Great customer service too, which is rare to see these days. Like any new vehicle, it takes some getting used to (read the manual!) but after a few practice runs, you won't want to put it down. So much so, my household will be buying a second in the coming weeks. Both will fit easily in my Subaru Outback for our adventures (much more easily than bikes)! Nice slick overall design, too. I ordered a 95% new refurbished model at a discount and you can barely see the scratches. If I had any criticism it wouldn't have to do with the scooter itself, just unclear instructions on how folding works. The manual isn't very helpful in that regard but a video on their YT channel helped! When pulling at the locking mechanism to fold, you have to first push out, then in, on the stem of the scooter. It's awkward at first but effortless after that, and is 10x safer designed this way, so I get it! If you're on the fence about this model, I say pull the trigger. You won't regret it.
